ANNOUNCEMENT: Participants of any HQT Class will be able to access the Completion Certificate through MyLearningPlan within 2 weeks after the close of the class. Please be sure to have the following information:

  1. User Name for My Learning Plan -- Email address used to register for the course
  2. Password for My Learning Plan – The password you created when you registered
